For your convenience, The Promenâd also offers a secure keyless check-in system, allowing you to arrive any time from 3:00 PM onwards without needing to worry about reception hours. Our reception desk is staffed daily from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, while keyless entry ensures a smooth and stress-free arrival, whether your journey is delayed or you simply prefer the flexibility of checking in at your own pace.
